A wonderful success on her maiden outing saw the speedily bred filly, Get Ahead, from Whitsbury Manor Stud perform impressively with a debut win at Ascot on Friday 7th May. With Adam Kirby on board and racing under the Hot to Trot colours - previously worn by stable star Heartache - Get Ahead is hopefully on the same path, heading towards the Queen Mary.
The following day saw another exciting success on return to the course at Ascot, with River Nymph outperforming the field of runners to win the Victoria Cup with Adam Kirby back in the saddle. A very meaningful outcome for the owner and breeder Trevor Fox, with his wonderful homebred. Now hopefully moving on to better things.
