Dashing Harry Dazzles at Kempton

It was great to see Dashing Harry return to winning ways with a healthy two length lead on his all-weather debut at Kempton on Wednesday (9th October), running over six furlongs in the London Sprint Series Qualifier Handicap.

Racing in the hands of Richard Kingscote, he was quick to find a prominent position on the rails after the break, where he sat in touch with early leaders. With the field going at a strong gallop, he ran gamely and held his pace to creep up into second place as they approached two furlongs from home. Making his move in closing stages, he stole the lead putting distance between him and the eleven runners, crossing the line comfortably.

Now a three-year-old, he has put in some good efforts and previously won on the turf, but we were really pleased he found success on his first all-weather attempt, especially after stepping him back up in trip. A great result for The Beechdown Sparklers, as they enjoy this victory.
