It was a very pleasing result from Miss Show Off in a start to finish lead in the Fillies Novice Stakes at Newbury’s evening meeting on Thursday (6th July).
This occasion marked her third outing and pleasantly showcased her experience on the track to good effect, following a quick break away from the stalls and taking the lead early on. Showing good pace, with John Fahy on board, the filly encountered a challenge and went head-to-head inside the final furlong but managed to sustain her advantage in pursuit of the finish line, winning by a neck. We were delighted with this performance from her and are thrilled for her owning connections, Norman Court Stud and Susan Bunney.
